In volume #21, chapter #251 of Dragon Ball Z, Goku received a spaceship from Capsule Corp. The spaceship had a bedroom, a bathroom, and a training room.
The training room contained a gravity simulation machine. This machine can increase its gravity to 100 times Earth's gravity.
This is how you get strong fast.
Here in Utah, the environmental conditions aren't as intense, but they will test you. You will struggle, but you will gain the skills and knowledge to thrive.
In the Spring of 2021, Seneca LaCroix got me started on my first Dragon Staff. I lit it up that evening after practicing for only 3 hours.
I was immediately hooked.
A Dragon Staff is a fire staff that rolls over a performer's body with 3 to 4 wicks-on-spokes added to the ends of the staff. The Dragon Staff comes from the Chinese art of Fei Cha.
The positioning of the spokes at either end of the staff gives it more Rotational Inertia. Rotational inertia measures how much an object resists changing rotation.
The Rotational Inertia of the Dragon Staff requires skill to manipulate. The rotation or rolling of the staff's larger ends creates extra momentum.
This momentum mixed with the sound of the fire whooshing around your head makes the staff feel alive.
You're creating momentum.
The momentum will build a relationship between you and your staff. This relationship influences how the staff will move around you.
Once you finally get it spinning fast enough, it will feel like you have a gravity machine in your hands.
